I read something about 4-letter .coms/.nets and that got me to thinking about a domain I own: GERB.net. The way I see it: It's not a bunch of random letters that needs a good acronym to make this domain valuable. It's blindingly easy to say (it doesn't require imagination -- and it's 1 syllable), spell, remember, etc. and it's highly brandable, with 4 quality letters. The .net hurts a little but not much, compared to .info, .cc etc.
I don't see this as a $x,xxx domain but does early $xxx look realistic?
EDIT: I'd consider selling it if the price was right -- PM offers to me.
