domain (New appraisal neded) GERB.NET Near-8 Year Old Domain/Traffic

I have more info on this domain so I need a new appraial The domain is GERB.net. As I posted before, this is how I see it: It's not a bunch of random letters that needs a good acronym to make this domain valuable. It's blindingly easy to say (it doesn't require imagination -- and it's 1 syllable), spell, remember, etc. and it's highly brandable, with 4 quality letters. The .net hurts a little but not much, compared to .info, .cc etc.

It's been online 7 years, 10 months, 10 days (from this post) and Pages linking to entire www.gerb.net website: 116 (according to iwebtool.com) SEDO shows it's had 163 uniques in the past 32 days.

I've been told before, back when I thought the doman was relatively new, that it was worth $250-400. But with the above stats, does this look more valuable?

(I need to make around $900 to repay old college loans so if anyone's interested in buying this, PM me an offer)

Might be a good idea although I'd have to approach them carefully. I obtained it under good faith, I believe. But I'm trying to find a good ballpark figure for this domain so I can sell ASAP. I was told it was worth $250-400 with no real development or age but then I studied this and learned there was more to it than I thought at first. I've seen 3 char .coms sell for over $400 these days. I'm wondering what my 4 letter .net could fetch me
