Researchers and professors will not use the site for their research, but the public might, and high school kids for their projects and so on, so it's not such a bad concept at all.

It would entail a lot of research and work, and I have a couple of reservations about this. I suggested videos because of the .TV ccTLD. If you make an informational site, it could be made fit the extension better by including a lot of clips from his speeches, life, and so on.

It's a great domain name for lots of potential uses...but infringment could be something of a concern.

Regardless. I think you need to take a 2 fold approach on this. Set it up now with funny videos of him... the extension fits this perfectly. Get it out there as fast as possible and start monetizing now. In a few years after he's out of office and the traffic starts to die down, switch it over to an information site.
