Geo-Targeted Names

Has anyone else noticed the slowdown in dropping geo-targeted names over the past week - Geo City/State + Service (i.e. RaleighDermatologist.com, PortlandAutoRepair.com and the alike)?

The upside to this, domainers are realizing the value of such domain
The downside to this, less names to grab for those of us who like to catch geo-niche names

You are correct. In doing a lot of whois lookups, I too have noticed that businesses are picking these up as well. It seems that small business owners (and large business owners for that matter) are beginning to "get it".
