The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. Geo domains stole the show this week with a Canadian city .com topping the chart amid late breaking news of a quarter million dollar deal for the name of an Atlanta neighborhood. That's right, for $250,000, just a neighborhood .com, not the whole city! We will grant you that it is a very nice neighborhood though :)

It was a big week for the Global Contenders with a pair of .mobi sales totalling $119,000 and a .info sale of more than $25,000 (making it the 5th largest sale ever reported in that extension). A three-letter .co.uk tops the new Country Code chart where the big surprise was the appearance of ten .cc domains on the leader board! You can read all about it through the link below:

Also at DNJournal, our March newsletter went out last night with a sneak peak at Demand Media's plans for the .TV extension. We went to eNom's Reseller Summit in Las Vegas earlier this month where Demand Media CEO Richard Rosenblatt filled everyone in on what is coming in the weeks ahead. The free newsletter goes out to subscribers by email but is also available online here:

Penticton.com or Pentiction, BC is a HUGE tourist attrive and one of the hottest places in Canada. It is also an extremely fast growing city as Vancouver beings to devour most of the southern west part of BC. It could be easily worth 70,000 or resold later for triple that in a few years time. Very nice buy Shaun.

Thanks Duke for the Info!

TJC was another one from us :)

.co.uk would have to have its own section if all sales were reported! :)
