GoDaddy Support via Email?

HI,

Its been a while i tried contacting GD support.

So, i listed a domain for 7 day - auction and paid $4.99 for reserve fee charge on 5-july. However, somehow GD has automatically selected the domain as having adult content and wont be displayed in GD auctions search listing.

Infact the domain is a 4 letter .com and has been parked for almost 6 years and doesnt sound like an adult name either.

So, i tried contacting the support number for my country - india and they seem to have no idea about my issue.

GD support team found the listing of this domain on sedo.com and tells me everything is fine from there end The email support used to be great, do anyone know how to contact GD USA support via email?

Sorry, GD Support e-mail is dead and buried. For your auctions, use [email protected]. However, the best way to make any meaningful contact appears to be via GD Live Chat... but you need to wait for them to get back to you. The queue is generally 'not very short'.

Yes. Contacted them via [email protected]

And the issue was fixed within few hrs
