I'm looking for some advice on pricing two premium domain names I own:

• GayMart.com
• Catty.AI

Both have strong branding potential in their respective niches. I’d appreciate your thoughts on what a reasonable asking price might be for each and any tips on how best to sell them (marketplaces, brokers, etc.).
