Now, normally I just post the domain name and that was it. Seems I am forced to edit this to include all kinds of BALDEDASH that most people I know find easily with a whois lookup. But who knows? Perhaps the market has changed and a whois lookup is beyond their knowledge base?
But knowing that this added information is just garbage puffery, since most of it would be passed in any pm if there was ANY negotiation.
