Not sure how to value it. Basically, I dont see much scope outside of India / South Asia subcontinent for this domain. Having said that, its a growing and developing market.
For the domain itself I would not give much rating and value it at almost a low X / XX value.
But, yes you could develop something like say "amazing facts", "amazing people" or something on those lines and there is scope for higher value once the domain develops.
I would also state this is a brandable domain with ample scope but needs to be developed, without development it has no value
