It was an interesting auction - watched the whole thing and extended 7 or 8 times -

Agreed. I thought it would go for double that, minimum. Especially since it got extended so many times.

I think it is safe to say that there are many possibilties and a huge end user market for this.

So many puns here... or other less appropriate plays on words ;)

In any event, the huge end user market is almost exclusively adult, but they do have the backing to make huge end user purchases.

I can only wonder how high this could have gone if it was being auctioned off at snapnames instead of sedo....

Obviously the Larry Flynts of the Domain world did not see this one coming or going...no pun intended.

By the way...you have been granted the exclusive rights to TM PoopPal. I love it!

The plural or the action verb of FLICK with the "LI" being replaced by a single vowel, "U".

You are either rude, had a distorted life or plain stupid. Yes English is not my native language and that's the reason why I'm asking that question you moron. As your reply you're not helping and you're just trying to be a hot shot. At least i have a better life than you. Get a life.

Calm down kahsoon... you're definitely showing your age here.

I wasn't actually trying to be rude, that is why I used a smiley face. I apologize. It's meaning is crude and sexual and probably the most (or one of the most) common swear word used in the english language. Substitute a cks for the x. It is the same sound.

Not rude? How would you feel if somebody out of nowhere tells you that "you had a very sheltered life" After your insult do you think you get away with a smiley face? Apology accepted but next time please think before you talk.

Obviously i know it sounds like Flicks with "li" replaced by "u" but i thought there could be other meaning that worth $20k.

"Sheltered life" was a reference to the fact that it is a swear word. A person who has led a very sheltered life (over protected by their parents or guardians) may not have heard the word, but I doubt it. I was pretty sure you were a non-native english speaker when I made the remark, but you may have just been kidding since your english is very good. I did not really think you could have been sheltered from hearing that word your whole life if you were raised in an english speaking country and the comment was intended jokingly.

In my feeble attempt to bring this thread back to center, I was the seller.

I originally sought bids here before taking it to Sedo. I received one bogus bid of $21K; the next highest was $3500. Got a bunch of $1Ks and $2500s.

It went to Sedo because I didn't receive a single bid that in any way reflected its value, all the comments herein notwithstanding.

When I decided to auction it, I had no idea what it would bring. I did so with a willingness to accept whatever......be it $5K or $100K.

No regrets and looking forward to the next sale.
