I think that is the original site. Say's they've been in business since 1987 and the copyright in the footer say's the site has been up since 1995.

(I'm assuming your implying that somebody other than AHL would have had to bid against them to get it up to that point - true - but I would have to think that the raw value of the traffic, coupled with the large risk of UDRP/lawsuit, would drop off before the value of the name to the AHL, possibly poor assumptions ).
