ok, Well I have Proxy hosting with FusedHosting.

Since buying I have had multiple problems...

-Firstly I kept getting core files in public_html, After reasearching this issue it was due to the server not been configured. So I sent a ticket.

-They deleted the core files and sai they would watch the account.

-next day, I opened my FTP to find they were all back! so i submitted another ticket (even though they were supposed to be watching my account).

-I had a reply saying that they have been removed, so I thought all good.
---NOTE: I didnt check the site as I was not at home.

-I woke up the next day to check Adsense and found that my stats we WAY too low for the day before and so far today, So I decided to open up my site and I see errors. lol

-I was getting Internal Server error. So i checked my FTP and I couldnt get into the public_html or www folder.

-I found them on NP chat and spoke to them and they started to blaim me when I hadent even touched it for 24 hours, lol. so they fixed and next minute there was no images on the site, they said it was because of permissions :O lol, so I dunno how they magically changed.

-They fixed that aswell within a few minutes. I then woke up this morning and found gues what.....

Core files were back and I was getting disk space warnings in my inbox. lol

Note: I did send them 2 links in the very first support ticket on how to fix these core files, but looks like they were not looked at ^^.

Im fed up now and have decided to leave to find another host and would warn others before going with FusedHosting.net

Cheers
Sean Preston
P.S This is just my experianced, I believe others have used the Web Hosting service without any problems.

Hello Sean,

I am sorry you had a bad experience with Fused Hosting. We really do try our hardest to have the highest possible customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, every issue that you had was localised to your account and was not server-wide. The trend with these kind of issues suggests that there is something wrong with the files that are being hosted, and not the server.

For any interested, these are the threads that Sean kindly shared with the tech team:
http://forums.glype.com/index.php?action=printpage;topic=241.0
http://forums.deftechgroup.com/showthread.php?t=1470

You describe them as 'resolutions', when in fact they are just you proving it is the server.

Additionally, I would like to point out that most of our responses were made to you within 10 minutes, and even shorter when you encountered 4 of our members of staff in the Name Pros live chat.

However, we respect your decision to move to a new host. As you have been with us quite happy for 3 months now, and 2 days ago you renewed your hosting for the 4th month, I can offer you a full refund for the month you just purchased if you wish, please reply to the ticket you currently have open with us.

Kind Regards,
Jack Heskett.

We had some serious problems with our HTTP server yesterday - an attempted hacking. The server however was still up; dns, emails, sql, crons etc were all still running.

Fortunately, due to security scripts and advice from www.igosh.org our server was protected enough to prevent perm damage.

Our first 'downtime' in 9 months!

I'll start by thanking Jack for the mention of iGosh.

iGosh.org assisted FusedHosting.net with securing the compromised server. Additional security precautions have been implemented, so further downtime should not occur.

anyway, it is back again:D. at least it wass not becoming slow after downtime. I heard a lot of other hosting services usually become slower for like some days after the downtime before they return to their usual speed.

They just can't be good for everyone. That is ok for any web host.

Humm, core files are usually not the cause of the server security its mostly from the files or script your running. I had a caused botnet from one of my script took 1k BW a day.

Good host

I've been hosted by fused since the start of the year and I've been very happy. I'm not on the proxy server but I've been impressed with their level of service. In reading the thread it appears their response time to any concerns was very fast.
