Funny experience few weeks ago

A few weeks ago, someone bought one of my domains for high x,xxx at Afternic. I sent autho code and the buyer did not transfer for 24 hours or so. I then checked my Sedo listing, and there I listed the same name at mid x,xxx. I quickly deleted the listing not to make the buyer feel unhappy about his purchase. It went okay at the end.

Have you had similar experiences? I have to be more careful with listing prices.

I once got (via e-mail) a 2.5k offer for a domain that was listed for 3k. I was going to accept it but just as I was writing the reply, I got another mail saying that the domain has sold at BIN. Obviously I thought that they just went ahead and bought it, but no, it was bought by someone else. The original inquirer was rather unhappy about it.
