It has come to my attention that the license, which was purchased on 6/23, cannot be transferred to a new owner until 30 days after the purchase date (so, on July 23).

If the buyer doesn't mind waiting until then to receive the actual license from me, I would be happy to sell the site for the right offer. Otherwise, I think I should just wait until the license can be transferred before I go ahead with a sale.
