Hello NamePros!
I am planning to develop this site more to include an actual arcade, and also a forum, but right now I am in some desperate need of money!
I didn't want to sell this site, but I think I am going to have to!

The site is more than a year old, has not managed any PR yet (I don't know how)
Current AlexaRank for addictsarcade.com: 3,510,877, and steadily on the rise.
Google has more than 1,000 indexed pages.
There are some unique articles on the site, including some that were added to Digg. The links were "Dugg" with no incentive. (ie NP$ for a digg)
The site has not been heavily advertised, but I plan to add it to Yahoo if it doesn't sell here.
I had an issue with Google, where I ended up banned for no reason, and we are working through the issue together. So I can not prove adesense stats, but the site would make around a dollar per day, some more, some less.
I had the site appraised here on NamePros for mid XXX, and DNScoop says around $650 is a fair price.
I am going to list this up for a start of $300, and BIN of $650.
This site is in its prime to go, there are thousands of articles, downloads (The patches git quite a few hits from SE's), movies, games, and more. There is a minicade embedded in the site, if you click "Online Games" on the side bar.
