Riddles site with GREAT use of AJAX. Fully custom design and extensive PHP coding, nice domain name, traffic is 30-50 uniques/day, and I usually get 1-2 clicks on adsense per day.

Over 1500 interesting facts on all topics. Currently gets 150-300 uniques/day, fully custom design and PHP coding (using AJAX). Includes various tools such as a way to display the facts on other people's websites (http://factlib.com/index.php?act=add) as well as an RSS feed (http://factlib.com/feed.rss) and a Daily fact e-mail using cronjobs to send a daily e-mail of facts to everybody on the mailing list. This is a fully automated site that updates multiple times/day. It grabs the estimated population statistics for the US and the World from the U.S. census. The design is custom and the domain is pretty nice, just throw some ads on and promote the site. It requires no maintenence what so ever.
