For sale today is OneCheats.com. Included with the sale of Onecheats are the domain name, the script, some custom updater scripts, and 5 themes. If you don't like the included themes, it is not hard to add some yourself. Also, the script has a built in banner system to sell banner spaces.
I have some scripts to be able to go out, and update your cheat’s database with the latest and greatest cheat codes from http://www.megagames.com/cheats.html . You can do this manually or set it up on a cronjob. This is a new website so assume no traffic, but I will link to it from a pr4 and some other pr 1's of mine.
