Hello friends,

I had made a thread in the 'Available Domains sections' but thought that it may now be more appropriate to create a new thread in the Expiring Domain sections because now our tool includes Expiring Domains.

For many people that have been using this tool, there isn't really a need to an introduction. But to those that have not used it before, you will find it really handy, simple to use, and very powerful tool to acquire expiring domains from TDNAM.

The Free tool scans the TDNAM "closeouts" and "expiring names" section on an hourly basis and provides Page Rank, Checks if the PR is suspicious, Domain Age, and many other analytics at the finger tip of the user.

Some neat features include a quick filter for 'LLL', 'LLLL', 'NNN', 'NNNN', 'English Words', 'Pinyin Words', 'Spanish Words', and many more...all done with just one click of the button.

I hope you all enjoy this tool and continue to use it for all your tdnam acquisitions. Also, if you have any suggestions on how to improve the tool, feel free to post them here. We have been very responsive to many requests and have implemented many of them into the tool. Freshdrop.net is truly a domain tool built and designed by domainers for domainers.

Enjoy and happy hunting: www.freshdrop.net

Let me know what you guys think of the site and if there is anything you want to add to the site. Also, if you pick up some good names using this tool, please mention it in the thread.

Freshdrop.net UPDATE:
Jul 29, 2008

Reg Fee Data Feed Open to the Public!

Ok, by popular demand we have made the Reg Fee Data Feed open to the public. These are domains that have recently been dropped and are now available to register for just registration fee costs. We scan the list nightly.

As well, there is on average over half a million domains in this scan!

Happy Hunting!!

This is an excellent tool. Thank you very much for putting it out there.

I do have one request though. Would it be possible to have some sort of filter for traffic numbers as well?

Nice to be able to sort on PR and only get domains with traffic numbers in a spesific range or above a set minimum etc...

also it would be nice to see which ones still have the "buy now" option. (like sorting on PR and getting only domains above 1000 hits and with the buy now option for instance.)

Thanks again for a great tool :)

xodomainer.... For the closeouts and expiring names section there is traffic that is tracked since GoDaddy tracks it.... for the Reg Fee section, we don't have traffic data but there are other analytics that you can review that will give you hints to the domains traffic levels.

All Reg Fee domains are 'Buy It Now' since they are available to register for reg fee prices.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your answer Bob :)

I am aware of that for the reg fee domain part but was thinking more for the entire tool. I know I can sort on traffic, but was thinking more like filter only the ones (from closouts and expired parts of the tool) that fall within a spesified range of traffic, then I can sort that further by another field.

Another question since I'm allready at it. could it be possible to have Alexa rank on the reg fee domains? Would make life a lot easier ;)

Does anyone know of an online bulk alexa rank checker that actually works and takes more thn 5-10 domain batches?

Thanks & Best regards

Per.

You're reg fee tool has some issues. If you search for NNNNN.com's with the reg fee tool, it shows plenty that are available even though NNNNN.com's are sold out.

It was great if you add RSS to your site :)

Thanks for all your great feedback. Our tech monkeys have been working hard on resolving this inconsistencies with REG FEE.

I am happy to announce that the REG FEE should now be accurate now. The scan is updated every 12 hours. So if you find a name that is registered, it is because another domainer had registered it within the last 12 hours.

Right now there are only about 50k domains in REG FEE since it only has about 2 days worth of data, but at it's peak REG FEE will show 15 days worth of data. The end date within reg fee section signifies that the domain is about to leave the REG FEE queue. A domain is in the REG FEE queue the date after that it has expired.

xodomainer: Here are some responses to your comments:

Good comment, version 3.0 of Freshdrop will be released very soon. It will have alexa analytics in it.

Hope this helps and happy hunting!!

Membership is currently at $32.95/month.

It's a great price for such a good service. And the best part is that it helps support us to bring you even more better and innovative tools.

This is cool. I didn't know the FreshDrop owner is a member here and there's a thread like this. Because I always wanted to tell the FreshDrop guys something about a small thing but I was too lazy to look for the contact info. :p

Well, I'm talking about that "Filter Box" particularly the extension lists checkboxes. It has 2 links at the top - "Select All" and "Deselect All". I use those links often and I find it annoying that everytime I click them, the page moves to the top when I'm scrolled down. That should be very easy to fix, just add "return false;" to the onclick event after the function call for "checkAll(true);".

This is a very nice tool and I'm very interested in learning how to utilize the premium features.

Can someone explain for example the Snap Delete list. If a domain has 1D 15H left, when will it actually drop and become available to register? Also, I notice that many domains are listed at multiple places like both pool and snap. I guess this means they are both competing to "catch" the domain?

I had the Following questions for FRESHDROP.NET.. :-

1) I see there is PRICE and BID coloumn, who sets the price ?? as the domain has already expired

2) Does Freshdrop buy all those names and sale them with the Price tag ?

3) Traffic stats- What guarantee that its true ?

4) When I press the BUY BUTTON- I get blank page in Firefox.

5) What does Closeouts mean ?

Sorry for all these questions, am a newbie for Expiring/droped domains ! :)

You need to check the help section

http://www.freshdrop.net/help_data_feeds.php

Keep in mind that Freshdrop is just a tool to help you find the best names available on the various auction houses. These names are not owned by Freshdrop and are not auctioned by them. They are auctioned at places like TDNAM, Sedo, and Namejet. The traffic stats are estimates by TDNAM, there are no guarantees.
