This auction is about a unique "win money online" network, consisted of the following three sites:

The sites are about daily , weekly and monthly draws where the winners are being awarded cash prizes.
The main site (the one with the biggest traffic) is the first one.
Users can register for free and cast their votes afterwards.
Each user has one vote upon registration and has the potential of gaining up to 10 additional votes by referring new members (1 vote for every 3 confirmed
referrals).
Each day the draw returns a winning number, randomly chosen (between 1 and 10,000). The three users that are closest by the winning number win the prize.
The same procedure takes place on the other two sites as well, weekly and monthly. Note that the user has to register only once and use his membership to
take part on all of the draws on every site. (All three sites are using a unique database).
Through time we have worked on the original script to improve the "fairness" of the procedure. The user has to confirm his email address by clicking on a
confirmation link before he is able to take part. Also before the user can gain his extra votes, all referrals have to register (again by confirming their
email addresses). So it is not possible for a member to cheat (by referring hundreds of "[email protected]" like emails) in order gain extra votes.
Finally great job has been made on the "globalization" of the sites. All three sites are available on five languages (English, German, French, Spanish and
Dutch).
Traffic/Promotion
The site is being promoted on all major freebie sites around the web. Around 20% of the traffic is coming from these listings. Within the site, there is also
a "link to us" section, with premade banners and text link html codes, resulting in building a good number of free, natural backlinks. Some link exchanging
has been also made.
Site ranks great for many major search keywords in google, yahoo and other search engines. (see additional screnshots). As a result the site also gets great
SE traffic. (Another 20%).
Finally the rest of the traffic (60%) comes from daily returning members and word of mouth around them. The fact that we have been paying all the winnings is
the greatest promotion for this site.
As expected, the traffic is rising each month steadily. We have the dedicated members coming plus all new members registering each day. (around 10 - 20 new
registrations each day).
Overall Maintenance/Traffic Quality
A huge effort has been made on improving our member base quality. We have put much work on cleaning our database from spammy requests, and we are reviewing
it constantly to ensure that all members are real, active ones.
Also traffic quality is very good (US and EU, along with Germany and Belgium bring in more than 90% of the traffic).
The sites require minimum attention and maintenance, apart from the payments that has to be made to the winners (We usually sent massive payments every 3 - 4

The 3 websites with google adsense (before google sent us an email to remove the ads due the TOS) made about 300$/month

2)Newsletter
Every newsletter we sent every month we add 2-3 sponsor banners or links with 25$ each equal 75$/month (see screenshots)
3)Banner and text link sales
We have placed 5 200x50 banners for 40$/month and also 2 text links 20$/month equal 240$ (see screenshots)
more revenue could be made if you sell banner and links in the 2 other websites.
In conclusion all the payments you have to make , if you sum 30 days earnings , is 300$ the good think is that many users never reply to the winning email
(maybe they don't believe that its true) so all the payments you have to make in the month is about 150$-170$ so if we make the deduction is about 250$ clear
