My moderately popular proxy uses 300+ GB (Out) 600+ GB (In).

I can't see how proxies can be allowed when bandwidth usage is limited.

Tried to create account again, but it told me that I already had an account.
So, I tried to login, and it sent me to a Page Not Found browser error page.

it was very slow loading everything on my site
