well, http://webmasterfreetools.info has loads of free tools available, like directory/search engine submitters, back link checkers, alexa rank, ping, domain status, loads off stuff. all for free

also, if you submit your url at Bloggers-Shout - Your Number One Link Directory at a featured link and leave the url you posted here, i will add it to Golden Developers World, which gets an average of 150 uniques a day.

If you are using a cPanel host, there are a number of ways you can check how many visits you get.

I prefer Awstats.

Google Analytics will do a great job in that:
