I created a site to offer free photoblog hosting but never officially launched it. You can email your photos from your cellphone or mobile device and see them on your blog page on my site. Some similar services are:

You can see a fully working demo of the site at http://www.takesnapshots.com , but I am just looking to sell the programming and not that takesnapshots.com domain. The programming is custom made in php/mysql and I will not clone the site or sell the script to anybody else or use it myself on any other sites. But, I think the domain TakeSnapshots.com has a lot of value so I would rather the buyer get their own domain for the site, and I will takesnapshots.com for something else (not a photo blog site). If needed I would give the buyer the domain NetSnapshots.com to use for the site.
The site is 100% automated, and has an admin system for the users to use and another one for site owner to use. The site owner can manually approve/reject all photos that are set to have a status of "public" (meaning they show on the main page of the site in addition to the user's own blog page), to make sure no r-rated content is shown. If you don't care about moderating the content, the site could easily be changed to allow all content to be shown in the public gallery, with no moderation needed.
Web surfers can leave comments on the blog pages, but I have that setup so it also does not officially post the comments until they can be approved/rejected by the site owner. This is to prevent abusive and r-rated comments.
The site gets no traffic and has no income because I never laucnhed it. Income would be made from putting ads on the blog pages and on the public gallery pages. The site will run on any Linux server, even a cheap shared hosting account (like $5/month).
I am selling the site because even though I think it offers a great service, I don't have any good way of promoting it, so I think somebody else can make more money with it than I could. I run over 300 sites (see my list at http://www.impulsecorp.com/websites.htm ) so I would rather just focus on my other sites. I don't even own a cell phone myself, so I am not that into online photos and blogs.
I do not have a BIN price for the site. Please make an offer.
