i am selling a blog site which allows users to set up and use a blog.
it currently has over 1300 users.
im selling it because i just don't have the time to look after it.
it has the potential of making a fair amount of money. at the moment there are only text link ads on the site which on and off makes a little money.
There is the potential to add adverts if you wish and i was planning on developing some paid for templates for the site but i just don't have the time.
you can add your own template designs very easily.
it runs on a bloghoster.net script, I will supply my log in details for the software, and have lifetime free upgrades for both features and bugs.
The domain name is with 123reg. if you have a 123reg account i can push it over to your account for free.
i can either host it for you (at an extra cost) or i can let you have all the files either by letting you have access and downloading the files or i can send you a disk with it on. i will help in any way i can to prevent any down time for the site if you wish to use your own hosting.

As part of the site there is an option for users to buy different options of blogs. currently i offer a free blog plus options at £5 and £10 with more space etc and features which can all be setup by you in the admin of the site. there are over 10 users on the paid accounts (mostly the £5 account) but there is no way of knowing if they will renew their accounts once their year is up.
