Free Online Favicon Editor/Creator plus favicon library

Today I came across a site which offers to create a favicon online and its not one of those sites which convert a image to favicon but is a online editor specially made for making favicons.

This web application allows creation of 16x16 icons (favicons) using simple drawing tools.
