By using DomainersEdge. It's handy because it helps find valuable domains expiring over the next few day and it shows OVT/alexa for each one.

When you post the domain name with xxx/OVT out next to it, is the number how many overture searches that term got last month? Seems like 100 or less wouldn't make it worth much at all? Or does it?

Well, it's not worth a lot, but you can definitely get some decent traffic from it. I have seen that some domains get on the order of 30 times their OVT value on a monthly basis. Some more, some less.
