I am requesting a free hosting for my friend. It would be a non-english site honestly. But he will obey all TOS and wont be any illegal things in his website.

He is a php learner, wants to put his blog and forum in.

What he wants is so simple, but he really wants to host to be STABLE

100 - 150 M
1G bandwith/month
php + mysql
cgi
cpanel
ftp
and other features.

He will put backlinks or Ad if neccesary.
OR i will pay one-time NP$ payment, he is my good friend, dont wanna let him down
