Secondly, is this script complete? I see that many of the links that I click don't work. If you finished the demo/script and had an admin panel for the files then I would be interested.

There is admin script to check all files/size/remove files.
Script is complete, there is no some files becouse they aren't created. (you have to create your own contact/advertise pages by your own -I provide template).
