FREE Domain from Register.com Email

Well,

Got an email on the 18th about a free domain. The promotion lasts till the 25th.

I dunno if its a link specific url or what, but i'm going to "give away" my link for free....

at 1 AM board time

Will wake up to declare the winner. After the person uses the link, please let me know how the system works (aka is link reusable)

1. Can i transfer to other registrar?

After i click to Obtain Auth Info Code, it display below:

You did not believe there would not be a catch, did you???

At one point I made a note to myself that Register.com has $200 transfer fee. I do not know if that is still true, but I would not register anything important with this offer.
