Free DNS Service

As I need to host a website and uses dynamic IP. I need a DNS Service. Zoneedit is not available right now. Would you please suggest one?

I started using Zerigo. Its cool but no updating software which can do it automatically!

Everything is working properly. Installed Exchange Server 2013. Incoming mails are OK but outgoing no because of No PTR Record of my IP (ISP isn't supporting in this regard) any advise?
