My transfers were expedited manually from losing registrar (name dot com) now completed and showing in LCN panel. Was able to update contact info, still waiting on stupid ICANN change of owner emails. Does NOT appear that they have any BULK functions, had to do contacts, name servers and auto renew one by one, lucky I only have two domains there, that would be a pain.

@fastcool - are you only doing the free transfer with no other purchase? Best to start a ticket, they are BST British Summer Time=UTC +2, they state they are available 7 days a week.

They will call you on your phone number to confirm about the order. If you confirm that's was you who ordered, they will proceed and send you both (You and the current owner of the domain) email to confirm the transfer.
Confirm again and that's it. Your domain will be transferred to them within a week.
