Step two use drop down and chose paid review and click on continue with purchase.

After that is done you should get a email saying its been submitted you will then get anther one when its been approved and aded to the site.
You can have up to 3 links in the blog post/articel but no more than 3 links.
This is FREE and will not cost you a penny , you will get traffic and a nice back link when the site takes off.
