Here's a nice pastel animated avatar.
Unfortunately it's 100kb which is too big for Namepros.

Here's one I did for me:

You can make the same thing.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Open in Photoshop CS or CS2 AND ONLY PHOTOSHOP CS OR CS2.
2) Enable Animation (Window -> Animation)
3) Look at the preview and find the frames with text layers visible.
-OPTIONAL: If you want to change the time between frames, here's where to do it.-
4) Change "WORDS!" and "TEXT!!!" to two messages of your choice
5) Transfer to ImageReady (File -> Edit in ImageReady)
6) File -> Save Optomized As -> Compuserve Graphics Interchange Format (.gif)
7) Save your .gif and enjoy!
