Just about two and a half months ago, the user aimex77 https://www.namepros.com/members/aimex77.939170/ had purchased a bulk of of domains. He received them all, then now chargebacks at paypal.

He is a fraud.
He is a con-man.
He pays, gets all domains, then chargebacks and file disputes at paypal for a non-receive bogus claim.

I had pushed all domains to his accounts many days ago already. And here are his account details:

Uniregistry.com:
account ID is 183229
email: [email protected]

Domain.com:
account name: viagraacecom
email: [email protected]

Dotster.com:
account name: dizmobi
email: [email protected]

Upon searching this email [email protected], it came across in another forum that he does the same thing to his purchases. He bought them, received them, then chargebacks.

If you have done transactions with him. BEWARE.

Here are 2 of his known emails that he used for payments:
[email protected] by the name of: Honour And Glory Shop
[email protected] by the name of: Creative Internet Marketing

GoDaddy email address: [email protected]
GoDaddy Customer #: 47426703

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

I am sorry for your loss so much! That scammer scammed other people also...

On a side note, I am happy I do not own any of the domain he scammed you!!

Here we go again...
What's the reason now? @aimex77

We all knew @aimex77's true colors after the other thread outed him, but he's stooping to a new level of low.

After his NamePros account was restricted to stop him from scamming anyone else, he probably figured, "I might as well take back all the money I spent."

Repulsive behavior.

Dafuq???
Op, I'm sorry to hear that.
This is disturbing news, I thought the fiasco on Omar's thread should have ended.
Who was I kidding?
So he's probably planning on pp chargeback for every domain bought?
Aimex has to go see a shrink.
He's gone psycho.
But then again, this could have been his plan all along...
Get their trust, spend time in the community, buy, sell and when the time is right...
Con.
Or he's lost it.

Well he might as well chargeback every single transaction he's ever done as a domainer.

Bet paypal would let him.

IF ANYONE ELSE DID A TRADE WITH AIMEX AND HIS OTHER BANNED ACCOUNT, PLEASE MOVE MONEY OUT OF YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT SOON. RISK OF CHARGEBACK IS HIGH.

Looks like PayPal is allowing chargebacks from 60+ days ago...

Always enter the PayPal email address that you are paid from into search engines. Refund the money if you find a thread like this! I hate to see people's trust taken advantage of, and that's what scammers live to do.

Can't believe that PayPal allows a single account so many disputes/chargebacks. That alone should alert them to fraudulent activity, regardless of buyer/seller. I like PayPal but allowing this type of behavior is perplexing.

Sorry you lost the domains/money. Another unfortunate story in how we just can't use PayPal for domain transactions (especially to other domain investors), unless you're 100% sure you can trust them, which can prove difficult in an online environment.

Why would paypal allow a chargeback? OK, in Omar's case there was one domain replaced, so the purchased product didn't correspond to the agreed one. It's hardly acceptable but understandable.

But in this case? Shame on paypal.

Yeah there were some people in chat (lol one person) who said that PayPal doesn't reverse a charge unless it deems it right.

But obviously 100% if you sell domains and got money for them. Even if the other person has the domain, it's 100% refundable within what? 60-70 days? Since OP's transaction was 2.5 months ago.

Best scammer haven. Join NP in January, buy expensive domains for xxx, resell to end users for higher xxx, then by the start of summer you can just chargeback everything and have like a huge $x,xxx stipend to enjoy on your getaway vacation to <insert expensive country cruise here> for the summer!

I think we have to send the invoice first. We should mention some terms and conditions like someone said in the previous thread.

In the time it took you to post that, you could have just as easily explained to people how. I was under the impression that non-tangible goods were now covered.
