I may be selling my forum hosting service Free-PhpBB, and a new image host to get money for a new project ive been interested in doing for quite a while.
General Info:
The site started with me 2 years ago (my first ever site
) and then I sold it about 6 months later, then a month ago the domain was pushed back over to me as the buyer didnt want it anymore as he closed the site.
I set the site back up again a month ago and its doing pretty well. 174 forums, 559 members, 4505 forum posts in total. It also has a PR 4. I host it on a reseller and have had no problems so far.
I payed $20 for the eXtreme Styles mod multiforums edition, which makes templates load faster and has the ability for forums to upload their own logos. I also payed $10 for 300 pre modded templates, and I've added some basic free mods to the forums.
Traffic Details:
Most of the traffic is real, 2-3 days ago I ordered 1000 uniques which you will see in the referal. Ive been using adwords for a bit, but can't seem to get it to work right. A good bit of the traffic comes from google as theres over 9,300 pages indexed.

These links need to stay there until they run out.
