I've been running this forum for the better part of one and a half years. We went online around the fourth or fifth of June of 2004 using invisionfree. We grew to 80 members and 15,000 posts. Late in December (2004) we moved to vBulletin. After a very active week the forum was hacked and the database was deleted. The latest backup was a week old so we lost hundreds of posts and a few members. Through all this time we were a Harry Potter fan forum, but after book 6 was released after all the buildup we found that there just wasn't much left to say. So I and another admin, having always wanted a student forum, decided that we would convert the forum into a student oriented forum. Since then I never quite found the right way to promote it. The traffic slowly died with now only a few old but very loyal members return.
Revenue
Earlier this year I made $30 selling a text link in my sig for 3 months, but that can't be verified. Adsense over the last 4 months has brough in about $2 off of ~15,000 impressions. Before I started using Adsense, back when the forum was getting around 100 posts a day, I was making $5-6 per month on Azoogle cpm ads. I never made it to a payout and my account has since been deactivated because I stopped using it. So revenue can pretty much be considered nonexistant and before you ask I have no proof of this nonexistant revenue :p .
Traffic
Traffic is now negligible, but in its prime it was doing 100 uniques per day.
Why I am selling
Quite plainly I'm burnt out. I've spent so much time on it and I'm ready to move on. If someone with a passion for it can take over I know that there is a huge huge huge market. I just don't know how to promote it and I've given it all I've got. I've never spent any money on marketing other than paying someone to submit to directories (old url and only partially done).
Potential
I know that everyone says this, but it has a vast amount of potential in the right hands. The old domain has over 9500 pages indexed in google and was a PR3 so it should do well for coop or linkvault. Obviously this forum isn't for everyone.

What you get
The way my hosting package is set up doesn't allow me to give you access to cpanel, and the vB license is not included in this sell, so if you buy I will give you either a link to download the database backup or ftp access to transfer the database backup. I would include the license but I'd like to use it on using it for another project. You'll get a free push for the 3 domain names. relaxedlearning and universal-learning have only been registered for 9 days so I might not be able to push them for another 51 days, but I can change the DNS and contact info for the buyer if they won't transfer.
Now what you've all been waiting for... the part where I tell you that I want more than 10-12 months revenue because of all the time and money(over the past year I've spent about $500 on designing, vB license, and hosting) I've put into it.
Reserve/Starting Bid: $400 (If you have to post saying that it's not worth that much then please do it politely and with some kind of thoughtful explanation.)
I would prefer that all bids be posted for transparency, but if you would rather pm that is fine.
Payment through paypal only please. I've tried to be as thorough as possible, but if you have any other questions just ask.
