I am currently selling my forum, it is a technology related forum, and I am selling it due to many studies, I am no longer able to administrate this board, if I had more time I would keep it, as I know this forum has the potential to grow so much.
The forum is a Pagerank three, and was predicted a week ago PR 5, however I am quite sure it will be at PR 4 or maybe 5 if the next owner is lucky.
I've spent about 50-60$ buying text links, advertising it, and its a good forum, and it has also been optamized by a SEO expert, he charged me 100$.
I've also paid for 100 manual directory submissions, that wasn't expensive, though.
I'm currently earning $15 each month from the text links, and I used to earn 15-20$ a month using Google Adsense, I removed Google Adsense when I purchased vBulletin, as this forum is powered by vBulletin.
There is a volunteer staff doing their duty, and they handle the support threads quite well, this forum has been up for about three or four months, and it is growing with both posts and member count.
There is also a GFX team which do free graphics for the users at the board, they are very good at designing, currently there are three users assigned to this group, and they handle the graphics requests, pretty well.
I can provide you three months of forum statitics, please PM me if you them, it is a high traffic forum, we had a host issue last month, and I went over to a new host, and we're running smooth here..

This forum has the potential, to grow so much and if I didn't have all these studies, I would never ever sell this board.. But I got my reasons, most of the forum posts are very quality, take a look yourself, the forum is heavily moderated, no spamming in our posts, clean posts.
The vBulletin license will not be included in this sale, it's less than three months so I can not transfer it.
I am looking about 500$ for it, however I am accepting bids as long as they are serious, and if I do not like the bid, I reserve the right not to sell this forum.
