Established Baseball Forum For Sale

I had an initial offer on the table for $375, but my buddy has disappeared and I really need to pay someone back. I promised I was and I still haven't.

He was really generous to loan me some money so I'm going to sale my baseball forum for $150.

That's the BIN price. I've spent over around $150 on the site, possibly 200. I purchased it off someone when it had 28 members and around 4,000 post, but it was originally "Baseball Insomnia" and then I changed it to "Baseball Addicted" totally revamped it with a new design and deleted all the post.

I've also put A LOT of work in to this site and we get registrations daily, activity needs to get picked up though. I will still be on the site as an admin if you'd like, if not I'll be a regularly posting member. I've had a lot of time come up and I will have a lot of time.

I'll even transfer the site to your hosting if you'd like.

PayPal is the only payment method I will accept.

The forum opened in late April. I also bought the domain in late April. I will not include the IPB license because I'm most likely going to use it.

Wow, Stan aka David. You're really low bro.

I sold him a site, which was my buddies. My buddy Brian wanted to speak with David aka Stan on AIM and he said that he only wants to do business with me. So, me and him continued the deal, I gave him my friend Brian's IPB license info and I guess Brian resold the license, or transferred it to another account.

I can't believe you would lie like that. I don't re-use DB's because that's just lame. So Stan, what about all the "paid posters" you hired which you've never paid?

Stan (David) is as ignorant as they get. It's not my fault he didn't change the pass to his license he received. Way to earn some bad rep from me.
What about all your forum sites, your IPB and vBulletin forums you don't have a license for?

Look I dont want to take over this thread, just wanted to share my experience I had with you. I dont know who (David) is so please stop refering to me as that. Like I said, I was sold a license and never received it. Payment went to you, and deal was made by you.

Anyway lets deal with this over PM. I am just looking for my license. And IPB and VB licenses? I have over 60 valid VB licenes' in my account and over 15 for IPB. ALL OWNED (my last trader rating came from a 3 owned VB license purchase alone). I only have 1 license problem and this is from you.

You wanted me to handle another man's business. I gave you all the info you needed for the license. It's not my fault he sold or transferred the license to another account. That's his fault, I sent him a PM regarding the issue on my site and he still hasn't replied. I don't owe you anything. I'm trying to get his contact details. We talked about this. Don't try to make me look like the bad guy. You know it wasn't my site or license.

Don't need permission. I've asked around other baseball forums way before and there seems to be no problem using them. It's a fan based forum.

You get everything as is. The design of it, forum/database, the domain.
