Hi Everybody
This is my first post on here because I've never really been in the domain buying and selling,but I was contacted by sedo with bid from someone for this domain.
Just wondering if I could get some appraisal from people with experiences in this field to see if I being offered a fair price.I've tried the domain name calculators online but they giving me prices that are all over the place and inconsistent .
Also any advice on negotiating with sedo would be welcome. I was wondering about their negotiating tactics, like when they first make an offer do they try to lowball you - stuff like that would be helpful.

It kinda rhymes, probably the only word that ryhmes with forex lol so it would have value. The big downer would be that when you think of a vortex you think of a huge uncontrollable spiral vaccum sucking out your principle from your account (i guess the opposite is making a ton of money) LOL. $500 would be the minimum I would sell it to someone that contacted me first. No trademarks on this, thats goodnews. The hyphen version (Forex - Vortex .com)is regged and is set on privacy which is very interesting. This would be a brandable forex name and brandables of this type would just be how bad your one "bidder" wants the name. If it was in a daily auction I figure it would go ~200. You can gamble that there more than a "dude with a blog" and ask $500 or even four figures. Just remember the more you go up the higher chance of scaring your buyer away.

I just can't get over the image of my money going down the drain.

Im sure that your bidder has some sort of clickbank typr product that they want to market on this one.

I think any offer over $500 I would pull the trigger.
