domain BrandNewVehicle (dotcom)

I'm in the process of negotiating mid $xxx for this name, I'm wondering if I should take it and run or hold out for something higher. I've sent out only a few emails before I got this response from an enduser. They explained how it would've been more valuable if it was BrandNewCar than Vehicle (obviously)

However I've seen solid keyword domains (GreenVehicle) (VehicleLease) etc, have sold mid $x,xxx and estibot appraises this at $1100.

Opinions? TIA

Take the money. I have seen more meaningful and shorter domains selling for less. Brandnewcar.com would command a premium but you are really lucky selling this domain for mid xxx.
