Okay so I have been trying to sell some of my domains off recently NOT because I want to but because I need to get some cash urgently for another project I'm working on or I stand to lose a considerable amount of money.
Yes, I shouldn't be letting potential buyers know that this is urgent because it takes away my negotiating ability. Right now I'm playing open cards so I expect potential buyers not to try and exploit the situation but rather to get back to me with decent offers that are mutually beneficial. So in other words as a seller I'm happy and as a buyer you are happy as well.
The initial plan was not to sell these domains any time soon. I intended on parking them and selling them at a later stage a few years down the line. Now I don't have a wealth of experience with regards to domain trading BUT I do have a considerable amount of experience with marketing, branding and Internet marketing. This is why I scooped these domains up when I saw them available.
This is the list of domains that are on offer:
ForexTrader.online (Currently on SEDO for $999)
ForexSignals.online (Currently on SEDO for $999)
SouthAfrican.online (Currently on SEDO for $999)
Gauteng.online (Currently on SEDO for $899)
EasyRecipes.online (Currently on SEDO for $699)
EasyRecipesonline.net (Currently on SEDO for $799)
TheAvengers.website (Currently on SEDO for $699)
So in Total these Domains are listed on SEDO for $6093
Now obviously I'm not expecting to get anything close to Total price for these domains.
As I mentioned, due to my current circumstances I am forced to sell these domains. I would be willing the let them all go at once for a decent offer. Please don't make any silly offers, the long term potential value in most of these domains are great.
I would not entertain offers below $1500 for the entire portfolio. I'm looking at getting a deal concluded today... basically $1500 today is worth more to me than $3500 next week, that's how urgent it is.
