Most dictionary words .com/.net/.org/.info are taken. But there's still words to be found in foreign languages.

Does anyone have any advice on registering [foreign word].com/.net/.org/.info for domaining purposes? Major languages that are likely to see some demand, like French, German, Spanish...

I have seen foreign words that are not used in daily speech dropping a lot. If it is a 'common' word with some possible commercial use it will be in demand somewhere. It might help if you speak the language if you are contacting possible end users.
