As you may already know, the best place to find great names is ExpiredDomains.net. In reference to what keywords, there are many, but here I am going to share a few of my best sellers.

I have sold a lot of names of two, three and even four words that end with the following keywords:

So I'll ask a few questions that come to mind re geo domain names.

What are the ten best or thereabouts " geo " locales for domain names sales?

Are there geo locales that are " impossible to sell " or a struggle to sell?

Do you invest in and hold your " geos ' for a length of time or prefer to flip or go for fast name turnovers?

What is your general opinion about the future of geo names - predict will hold steady or predict will rise in popularity or ?

I'm asking a few questions more out of curiosity having seen your post , not as a current nor potential investor.

Not necessarily impossible, but unusual: Tennessee, Wyoming, Massachusetts, Mississippi...

GEOs are for flip, since most would not sell unless you promote them.

Not sure I am able to predict this. I know the situation is not as good as before the pandemic at the moment. They still sell, but things have slowed down for many keywords. For instance, I used to sell event and party planning names, but not anymore. There are other keywords that are not that popular as a result of the current situation.

How do you reply when an end user asks about traffic?

I say something like this:

"Since we buy names for resale, we generally don't keep stats on traffic. The real value of the domain is that it defines your industry in your area and people tend to assume that the company that owns it is the real authority to go to when looking for that service or product."

What’s the longest time it’s taken you to close a sale?

It depends on the quality of the keywords. I start promoting names the same day I acquire them. Some sell the same day. Some other names sell a few days after acquisition. Many of them never sell.

Which niche works the best for you, as it regards keywords?

As stated above, these are some of my best sellers. I am adding a few extra keywords that also work for me.

1) What is your best initial email format that works best for you to sell the domains quickly or within a few days.

2) How many emails do you send on average per day per domain before you are able to sell it. Are you using any tools to track emails?

3) What is your average price that you are selling the domains at?

4) Do you drop the ones you are not able to sell before the expiry?

5) Can you give examples of the domains you have sold with these keywords you mentioned above? And Also what was the selling price?
