I love Godaddy but sometimes it can drive you a little crazy.

While using instant search I was typing in some Wallet domains and when I just had Wallet in the search box this came up.

Of course I knew it was a glitch but there was that split second where I went...Huh?

Had the same happen to me once, told me Allen.com was available (Allen being my surname). Godaddy use to email me telling me to protect my identity and register my first name, put the name, price and then a little * disclaimer saying its just an example and the domain might not be available lol.

Happened to me 2 days ago except I went ahead and purchased the domain (it was a premium 3d .net domain...thought it could have been a possibility). Later that night I got an email from GoDaddy saying "Registration failed".

Godaddy must be having issues. It just said wallet.it was available too. I checked elsewhere and found it was taken.

Once again Slowdaddy failed to perform a live check. They must have reported the name as available because it has no name servers and is not in the zone file.

They other day I bought and paid for info.jp only to be advised by the registrar later that it was not for sale. Got my payment refunded.

This happened to me as a newbie in my first month or two with domaining, before I knew about such things as dropcatchers, premium names never actually being allowed to drop by registrars, and live whois lookups vs cached;

I was looking to see if there were any extensions available for Tiger; looked at Godaddy of course; and it showed the dot.com as available! I practically spewed my food rushing for the shopping cart, thinking some idiot must have let this one expire and 'no one knew about it yet', ha ha.

Of course when I try to pay for it then it shows as taken. I was really pissed at GD for that glitch and it took a couple hours for my heart to come down to normal again.
