In a June 2013 ruling against Myriad Genetics, Inc., the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that human genes cannot be patented in the U.S. because DNA is a "product of nature." The Court decided that because nothing new is created when discovering a gene, there is no intellectual property to protect, so patents cannot be granted. This ruling would not apply to an individual classified as homoborgenesis.
Proponents of this conspiracy theory use a number of points to support their position. These include:
- the continued indemnification of all involved pharmaceutical companies even though it's been over 3 years since WHO declared a Global Health Emergency.
- Pfizer executive Janine Small admitting to EU parliament that Pfizer did not test the vaccine for preventing transmission of Covid prior to it being made available to the public. The question then becomes, "What was the true purpose of the vaccination campaign?"
-CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) announcing three new ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, effectively reclassifying all individuals based on medical status. These classification codes will be an integral part of the upcoming digital ID system. The codes are Z28.310: Unvaccinated for COVID-19 (I am also offering this for sale as a domain.
