First off just reopened this site had it up in January and some users found ways to open files on the host and they used the mail command to send out lots of spam.

This script is powered by multihoster, a script which was sold sometime this year around may or so, and I modified this script heavily to add the ability for subdomains and ftp support (ftp support has been disabled because users would be able to upload scripts with mail and fopen to be able to open base directory settings files)

I added lots of modifications to this script:

• Security fix - users cannot open any of the main directory files.
• Security fix - users could theoretically register as the home directory and create and edit anything they liked.
• File editor, created and implemented by me.
• There is a forum script that I created but didn't implement because it is a bit buggy which would be included with the sale.
• Subdomains implementation (cpanel supported only)
• FTP support (currently disabled - cpanel support only)
• Custom template and design
• Fixed directory creation, and added cgi-bin support
• Automatic index file creation, can customize to suit.
• Admin page update - Lists all users so you can click on their name and view their sites to see the files.

Default Script Features (Discontinued, someone bought the script.)

• File Browser - Ability to create files, edit files, upload files, rename directory's and files, chmod directorys - No File Editor(my site has this though)
• users directory http://site.com/user
• option to add advertisements to the top and bottom of all user websites
• directory for users to add their sites to, basically to show off to other users
• admininistration area, where you an set bad words, bad usernames, change sript settings, add stats to users pages via awstats.
• ability to create directorys in user accounts and uploade files into them etc.

Stats: For some reason my host has to fix the stats on my account, because they are not working right now, my host says he is trying to fix it.. Won't be much to speak of but soon it will explode again when my site is mentioned on http://www.free-webhosts.com/

Revenue: Surprisingly I have had $0.12 made in a day since I set the site back up again.

Anyways http://www.xiaohost.com is the website, it is already a pr3 and same some backlinks from the last time it launched.

Latest bug fix: cannot edit any main directory files anymore, via fopen, and file_get_contents.

well stats are now available, will be able to show proof of the revenue wich is minimal, but I am sure with a bit of marketing etc it could improve.
