The hyphen blow the price a bit, however this keyword have a large number of exact monthly searches, especially in the UK, so I would say develop and sit on it.

PS: Have a very similar name dot com, had placed word press on it a year ago, but forgot about the name, until my free hosting provider send me an email that I have more than 5,000 hits per months so I decided to redevelop. Good luck.

It's a co.uk so could be worth a lot. People tend to think co.uk's aren't worth anything just because it's not a .com, .net etc. But to people in the uk, it's like their .com

So could be worth a lot if sold to the right person. Could sell for 50k could sell for 1k. I'd start out at about 10 and see what happens.
