Hi I am wondering the value of my domain

I see there are 38,612 results for it in the USPTO trademark system. 11,990 are live and 26,622 are dead. It is a dictionary word and while it is the exact match domain of this industry, it is generic enough that does not infringe on any of the mark holders.

hire a broker to reach out to the main companies, expect to pay 30% commission and price for domain 25-35k I am not a broker and don't know anybody that really does outbound (everyone says they do)
