I registered this domain over 13 years ago (back in those days, it was free).

I built a business around it, but I think the domain name itself might be worth more.

I've received oddball offers over the years, but nothing serious.

I registered Server.com as a service mark with the USPTO. Our trademark registration was rejected (too generic).

great name if seniors went for 1 mil i think servers.com should go for 4 mil. But that was under different circumstances, auction, so i would say sale price of 750 000 +/- 250 000.

If I was you, I wouldnt take less than 5 million dollars. If you found the right end user, you could go down in records for one of the highest selling domain names.

Diamond.com $7,500,000.00
Beer.com $7,000,000.00
Casino.com $5,500,000.00

I think Server.com is comparable to them.

Plus, server is a top IT keyword in a hugely competitive market.

PPC score also high, and revenue from a parked page alone probably quite substantial. Let alone SEO'd and developed, even a minisite with affiliate links to dedicated server providers. They pay good money for sign-ups.

Yes, definitely over 1 million. Congrats. What you need is solid traffic stats, then sell it to Sun, Microsoft, or any of the mega players in the web hosting business, or auction it off at TRAFFIC Miami and set a high reserve.

Or, as said above, leverage your business with it, develop a business around the domain name, do demographics research on the visitors, first see what they are looking for and then sell that through the site.

800k+ The amount of traffic you get if you put some yahoo ads and few dedicated server affiliate ads i am sure you would be making nice few thousand dollars a month. CPC is very high for the niche and you have alot of traffic from usa so better keep it and put some ads on it and you are all set.
