Where can you go about Registering .fm names as cheap as possible?

GoDaddy has a pretty cheap standard reg fee for .FM, and even a few special names that apparently slipped thru the cracks. For example: EAT.fm or DSL.fm cost $200 to register at the .FM Registry, but only $69 at GoDaddy.
