Not selling on forums any more, nightmare to sell to an end user when they type in "domain name" into google and see all your "for sale" listings on forums etc....everything to be done behind closed doors from now on for me.

After a site has steady traffic and passive income at least $200 monthly in 3 consecutive months then sell it 5-10 times (from income per month) at Flippa.
